How we work
Capacity building as a practical research process
1. Learn the concepts
Begin with demographic reasoning, indicators, assumptions, data structure, and policy questions.
2. Work with data
Clean, analyse, model, visualize, and document data using accessible tools and reproducible practice.
3. Build outputs
Turn analysis into dashboards, visual cards, reports, briefs, seminar material, and public communication.
4. Apply and improve
Use feedback from students, institutions, policy users, and collaborators to refine methods and tools.
